Terms & Conditions of Travel Services

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless, stress-free travel planning experience. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline important information regarding your travel arrangements and responsibilities.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC acts solely as an independent agent for travel suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, service quality, or any injury, loss, accident, or damage.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the individual terms, conditions, and policies of each travel supplier prior to booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policies

All travel bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the individual suppliers.

  • Many travel services are non-refundable or subject to penalties once booked.
  • Cancellation fees may be imposed by both the supplier and Contentment Zone Travel, LLC (if applicable).
  • Refund timelines are determined by the supplier and may take several weeks or longer.

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC is not responsible for denied refunds due to supplier policies.

3. Changes, Rebooking & Fees

Changes to confirmed bookings may result in:

  • Supplier-imposed change fees
  • Fare or price increases
  • Additional service fees

All requests for changes or rebooking are subject to availability and supplier rules at the time of modification.

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC does not control pricing or availability once a booking has been made.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Insurance can provide protection for:

  • Trip cancellations or interruptions
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays or lost baggage

By declining travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any cancellations, losses, or unforeseen events.

5. Client Responsibility for Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and verifying all required travel documentation, including:

  • Valid passports
  • Visas (if required)
  • Identification
  • Health or vaccination requirements

Passports typically must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date. Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Contentment Zone Travel, LLC is not responsible.

6. Payment Authorization & Chargeback Policy

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC accepts major credit cards and debit cards only. Cash, checks, money orders, or other forms of payment are not accepted.

By providing your payment information, you authorize Contentment Zone Travel, LLC to process charges for your travel arrangements, including deposits, final payments, and any additional approved services or fees.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All charges are authorized and valid
  • You have reviewed and accepted all applicable terms and conditions prior to submitting payment
  • You will not initiate a chargeback without first contacting Contentment Zone Travel, LLC to resolve any concerns.

Failure to follow this process may result in additional fees and/or termination of services.

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC reserves the right to adjust final payment deadlines when necessary to avoid cancellation, supplier penalties, or disruptions to your travel plans.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are successfully processed. Contentment Zone Travel, LLC is not responsible for payments that fail due to:

  • Declined cards
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank or fraud-related holds
  • Incorrect payment information

Failure to complete payments on time may result in cancellation of travel arrangements, loss of deposits, or additional penalties as determined by the travel supplier.

7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events (hurricanes, storms, etc.)
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government actions or travel restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disruptions

In such cases, all changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to supplier policies.

8. Itinerary Changes by Suppliers

Travel suppliers reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, accommodations, or transportation at any time.

This may include:

  • Flight schedule changes
  • Hotel substitutions
  • Cruise itinerary adjustments

Contentment Zone Travel, LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist you in managing these changes but is not responsible for the modifications themselves.

9. Acknowledgment of Terms

By booking travel through Contentment Zone Travel, LLC, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
  • You understand the risks associated with travel
  • You accept responsibility for your travel decisions
